You are in a place where you are able to relax and focus without interruption on your reading, which usually takes thirty minutes to complete and a further ten to integrate into your consciousness. Readings may be done on your own, though greater benefit can derive from having a 'wise friend' help you with the interpretation.
The five colours of the Rune Dice are imbued with five different energies, each carrying a different impulse, message or consideration. The six symbols (triangle, oblong, circle, star, ellipse and blank) are like signposts of purpose or description or meaning.
A complete reading is made by seven times drawing one of the five Rune Dice from the Rune Bag. Each time a Die is drawn, it is thrown to see which Rune Symbol is revealed.
The interpretation of the first throw is made from the First Book of Zinlin. The interpretation of the second throw is made from the Second Book of Zinlin, and so on through the seven books.
If you wish only to make a short reading, begin with Book Four. For a very short reading for a simple matter, start with Book Six.
